Privacy & Health Data Notice

Anything you share in a session — your feelings, your relationship history, what you're going through — is treated as sensitive personal information. We handle it with the same care you'd expect from a health provider, even though we are a technology platform and not a clinical service.

Your session content is never used to train any AI model, by us or anyone else. The conversations you have with Aria exist only to generate Aria's responses to you in the moment. They are not stored for model improvement, not reviewed by our team, and not shared with any research or development process.

Our team does not review customer sessions as part of normal operations. Access to production systems is tightly controlled and audited, and session content is processed only as needed for the service to generate a reply or store your history.

• Encrypted in transit: Everything between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS.
• Encrypted at rest: Your data is encrypted in our database. It is not stored in plain text.
• No selling, ever: We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, insurers, employers, or anyone else.
• Deleted on request: When you delete your account, all of your data — sessions, messages, profile — is permanently removed within 30 days.

Get2Therapy is a Canadian company and is not a HIPAA-covered entity under US law. We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. If HIPAA compliance is a requirement for you, this platform may not meet that standard. That said, the protections we apply to your data are strong by design, not because the law requires it.

Wherever you are in the world, you can:

• Request a copy of everything we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Delete your account and all associated data yourself, from Settings
